AS Store's shop is in Kferhata, Zgharta, North Lebanon. It is also where returns are made, in person.
What are AS Store’s opening hours?
Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Closed on Sunday. All times are Lebanon time.

Yes. AS Store is the online shop of AS Company (Absolute Solutions SAL), Lebanon’s market leader in telecommunication and electronics since 2008.
Delivery
Does AS Store deliver across Lebanon?
Yes — AS Store delivers anywhere in Lebanon. Delivery takes an estimated 2–5 days from the day your order is confirmed.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is $5 on orders under $100, and free on orders of $100 or more. The amount compared is the total of the items in your bag, before delivery and VAT.
Whatever you are charged is shown on its own line at checkout, before you place the order.
Prices & payment
Are prices in US dollars, and do they include VAT?
Prices are in US dollars (USD). VAT (11%) is not included in the product price — it is added at checkout and shown on its own line, together with the delivery charge.
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery, or online by card through Whish Pay. Card details are entered on Whish’s own payment page and are never seen or stored by AS Store.
Why do some products say “Call for price”?
Some products show “Call for price” instead of a price. Tap “Ask for a price” and we will reply on WhatsApp with the current price.
Returns
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 3 days of delivery — even if you have opened it. Returns are made in person at our shop in Kferhata, Zgharta, North Lebanon, cost nothing, and the refund is issued there.
What if a product develops a fault after 3 days?
After 3 days a fault is a warranty matter rather than a return. Contact us and we will help.
